pemain cadangan...

boleh dikatakan pemain cadangan adalah pemain yg tidak dibutuhkan dalam team..akan tetapi jika kita perhatikan ada beberapa pemain cadangan yg sangat berjasa bagi teamnya..jika saya boleh ambil contoh jika sebuah team bertanding dan mengalami kebuntuan dalam memenangkan sebuah pertandingan,terkadang sang pemain cadangan bisa menyelamatkan team tersebut dari kekalahan ataupun meraih kemenangan...bukannya tidak ingin pemain cadangan itu bermain dalam team inti, akan tetapi itu balik lagi kepada pelatih yg menentukan siapa yg pantas mendi team inti atau cadangan...terkadang angan-angan untuk menjadi pemain inti sangatlah besar..hanya saja sangat jarang mendapatkan kesempatan,,salah satu alasan yg cocok adalah karena pemain cadangan tersebut baru dalam team,,padahal bukan kuantitas berapa lama kita bermain dalam team tersebut tp jika dberi kesempatan mungkin dia mempunyai kualitas yg lebih baik...
